About Altynay Marat

Altynay Marat, director of SUNNY GOLD Consult, is a practising lawyer and tax adviser who has been handling migration and business projects for foreign nationals and companies in Kazakhstan since 2016.

This professional background combines law, accounting, audit and taxation. That matters especially in projects with foreign participation: a solution that is convenient for obtaining a visa must at the same time meet corporate, employment and tax requirements.

Principles of work

• Lawfulness. We do not use formal or questionable schemes that can lead to a refusal, a fine or cancellation of documents.
• Clarity. We explain to the client what exactly is being arranged, why each stage is needed and what obligations arise once the document is issued.
• Personal responsibility. The key stages of a project are controlled by the head of the company.
• Confidentiality. Documents and business information are used only for the agreed purpose of the engagement.
• A joined-up view. We assess the migration, corporate, employment and tax consequences of a decision.
