Privacy policy

This policy sets out how the personal data of the users of https://migrlaw.kz/ (the «Site») is collected, processed and protected. The policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On personal data and its protection».

• first name and last name;
• phone number, WhatsApp or WeChat;
• e-mail address;
• citizenship, country and city of stay;
• details of the situation that the user provides in the request form;
• technical data: IP address, browser details and the pages the user visits.

2. Purposes of processing

• contacting the user about the request and holding an initial consultation;
• preparing a proposal and a contract for legal services;
• sending materials about changes in the law, if the user has subscribed to them;
• improving how the Site works.

3. Legal grounds

Data is processed on the basis of the user’s consent, which the user gives by ticking the relevant box in the form on the Site, and also in order to conclude and perform the contract.

4. Storage and protection

The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing or the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan require.

5. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not sell or pass personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to provide a service on the user’s instructions (for example, filing documents with the authorised government bodies) or is directly required by law.

6. User rights

The user has the right to know that the Operator holds their personal data, to obtain it, to demand that it be changed and supplemented, blocked or destroyed, and also to withdraw consent to processing by writing to sunnygoldconsult@gmail.com.
