By submitting a request or subscribing to materials on the website https://migrlaw.kz/, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to LLP “SUNNY GOLD Consult” (address: Almaty, Almalinsky district, 65 Kazybek bi street, office 414, Kazkontrakt business centre) to collect and process my personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On personal data and their protection”.

First name and surname, phone number, WhatsApp or WeChat, email address, citizenship, country and city where I am located, details of the situation that I state in the request.
Purposes
Contacting me about the request, holding a consultation, preparing an offer and a contract, sending materials on changes in legislation if I have subscribed to them.
Actions with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use, blocking and destruction, including by means of automation.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw the consent by sending a letter to sunnygoldconsult@gmail.com.
