How is the C5 different from the C3?
The C5 relates to the business activity of a business immigrant, while the C3 relates to the work of a foreign employee or executive. The right category is defined by the actual purpose.
Are state fees included in the price?
Unless the offer or the contract states otherwise, state fees, translations, notary services, legalisation and third party costs are paid separately.
Can I open the company first and arrange the migration status afterwards?
The order depends on citizenship and on the chosen grounds. The wrong sequence can put the registration and further activity at risk, so the route is defined before the documents are filed.
Can everything be done remotely?
Part of the preparation can be done remotely. Some steps require personal attendance, the original passport, biometrics, a visit to the consulate, the public service centre or the authorised body.
