Can everything be done remotely?
Part of the preparation can be done remotely. Some steps require personal attendance, the original passport, biometrics, a visit to the consulate, the public service centre or the authorised body.
What if the permitted stay has already been exceeded?
Do not file documents without an analysis first. The dates, notifications, grounds for stay and possible liability need to be checked, and only then a lawful course of action chosen.
