What is a work permit?
It is a work permit for employers that allows foreign labour to be hired in the cases provided by law. It is not the same as a work visa and is usually a separate stage.
Does a foreign director always need a work permit?
No, the law provides for separate cases and exemptions. The answer depends on the ownership structure, the position, the employer and the foreign national's status.
Is the state fee included in the price?
Unless the proposal or the contract says otherwise, state fees, translations, notary services, legalisation and third-party costs are paid separately.
