Does a foreign director always need a work permit?
No, the law provides for separate cases and exemptions. The answer depends on the ownership structure, the position, the employer and the foreign national's status.
What should I do if the period of stay has already been breached?
Do not file anything without a prior review. You need to check the dates, notifications, grounds for stay and possible liability, and only then choose a lawful course of action.
What is a work permit?
It is a work permit for employers that allows foreign labour to be hired in the cases provided by law. It is not the same as a work visa and is usually a separate stage.
